Our Mission IS TO SERVE AND SUPPORT

Walk-on Athletes

Every year, thousands of walk-on student-athletes give their teams (and colleges) all they’ve got — their blood, their sweat, their time, their money — and ask nothing in return.

It’s time we give them something back.

Walk-ons are getting lost in the shuffle.

Neglected in the debate over whether college athletes should be paid is the case of the walk-on — a student-athlete who is neither compensated with a scholarship nor allowed under NCAA rules to profit off their own name. And since being a college athlete requires a significant year-round time commitment, working an off-season job is often out of the question, leaving these walk-ons no choice but to take out substantial loans to pay for their education.

A non-profit for walk-ons, by walk-ons.

Founded by former Ohio State basketball walk-on Mark Titus, the Club Trillion Foundation is the only non-profit organization in the world designed to exclusively serve walk-on and non-scholarship collegiate student-athletes. The Club Trillion Foundation will be rewarding and celebrating the country’s most outstanding walk-ons with financial awards to alleviate student loan debt, national recognition to highlight uncommon athletic achievements, and networking opportunities to hit the ground running on their post-collegiate career.

What we’re doing to help

A Walk-on SCHOLARSHIP

The Club Trillion Foundation Scholarship is open to all men’s Division I basketball players who are not already receiving athletic-based scholarships.

Our goal is to work toward developing similar scholarships across all sports and at all NCAA and NAIA levels.

National PLAYER OF THE YEAR AWARD

Each college basketball season, the Club Trillion Foundation awards the Club Trillion National Player of the Year Belt to the player who finished the season with the most trillions.

(A trillion occurs when a player enters a game but records no stats other than minutes played)

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

With little opportunities for employment or internships while in school due to the scheduling demands of their sport, walk-ons often graduate behind their peers with regards to work experience.

Our aim is to help connect outstanding walk-ons to internships and job opportunities.

Donations

Purity still exists in college sports — you just might have to look to the end of the bench to find it.

Help us celebrate and serve the student-athletes who represent the ideals that college athletics were founded on. Every cent you give makes a difference.
